Lee Joon-gi features in Elle, talks about 'Scholar Who Walks the Night'
Actor Lee Joon-gi, who is due to star in an upcoming TV drama as a "mysterious scholar," will feature in the new issue of Elle Korea.
In photos released by the magazine, Lee wears a white satin suit and poses against gold drapes, in line with his anticipated seductive role in "The Scholar Who Walks the Night," based on the eponymous Web comic.
"There were already visual depictions of my character," said Lee. "That was an issue, even though I do try to be faithful to and synchronize with the original characters (in my roles)."

"The Scholar Who Walks the Night" will start broadcasting in July, after the current MBC drama "Warm and Cozy."
Recently, it concluded its first script-reading session, attended by other cast members Lee Yu-bi, Kim So-eun, Lee Soo-hyuk and singer Changmin from TVXQ, among others.
The period drama series follows a romance between scholars -- including one who is a vampire -- set in Korea's Joseon era.
