Actor Nam Joo-hyuk is set to appear in tvN soap “Cheese in the Trap,” according to his management agency Monday.

Nam will play the role of Kwon Eun-taek, a friend of Hong Seol and Bora. In the original webtoon, Eun Taek is described as a tall, skinny guy who seems clumsy on the outside but is in fact very manly and considerate of others.

“‘Cheese in the Trap’ is the webtoon I really enjoyed. I am so honored to be in the drama version and I will try my best to meet all expectations,” said Nam.

The producer said Nam is a perfect fit for the character as he has many different charms just like Eun Taek.

“Cheese in the Trap” is based on a popular webtoon of the same name, and is set to premiere in October.
