Korean actress Lee Yu-bi has been hospitalized for a hip injury, following her costar’s nose injury while shooting the TV drama “The Scholar Who Walks the Night,” according to her agency Thursday.

The upcoming vampire TV drama is scheduled to premiere in July and stars both Lee Yu-bi and Lee Joon-gi as main characters.

Lee Joon-gi underwent surgery for a nose fracture he sustained while shooting the show, according to his agency Wednesday.

“While filming together with Lee Joon-gi, Lee Yu-bi was also injured,” said the actress’ agency. The two reportedly fell over together while on set.

“Lee Yu-bi is scheduled to return to filming after being discharged from the hospital next week,” said her agency. “Though she is in physical discomfort, as soon as she recovers, she will go straight back to the set.”

Actress Lee was diagnosed with a condition that doctors diagnosed as a herniated lumbar disc.

“The Scholar Who Walks the Night” is a fantasy romance about vampires and scholars living in Korea’s Joseon era and is based on the eponymous Web comic.

Other actors include Kim So-eun, Lee Soo-hyuk and TVXQ singer Changmin. The drama series is scheduled to premiere after current MBC drama “Warm and Cozy” on Wednesday and Thursday evenings in July.
