Japanese media reported on Sunday that high-profile Korean actors Bae Yong-joon, Jang Dong-gun and Lee Byung-hun attended Hallyu star Won Bin's secret wedding where he wed actress Lee Na-young.

The report contradicts the original report by local media outlet Dispatch, which claimed that even close celebrity friends of the newlyweds were in the dark about their marriage plans.

The same local media, which took photos around the secret location, said that no other celebrities were in sight entering or leaving the premises.

Japanese news outlet Sanspo pointed out similarities -- Lee Byung-hun and Jang Dong-gun have already married other actresses, while Bae Yong-joon recently became engaged to actress Park Soo-jin.

The newlyweds' agency released photos from the wedding on Saturday, showing the couple against the natural scenery of Won's hometown in Jeongseon County, Gangwon Province, where the private wedding ceremony took place.

Lee wore a lace long-sleeved wedding dress with a modest veil, while Won wore a navy suit.

"After the (secret) wedding ceremony, attendees went for a stroll in the meadows and the newlyweds ate warm noodles with their families," said the couple’s agency, Saturday.

Won and Lee have been in a romantic relationship since 2012. They have not yet scheduled plans for their honeymoon, according to their agency, which they will begin working on after "wrapping up (other) schedules."

Meanwhile, they are residing at their new home in Bangbae-dong, Seoul.

Won, 37, is a popular Korean actor, who won acclaim in a series of box office hits, including "Taegukgi" (2004) and "Mother" (2009). His most recent acting project was "The Man from Nowhere" in 2010.

His wife, Lee, is a former TV commercial model who has successfully transitioned to acting.
