K-pop boy band Seventeen held a live broadcast on Naver’s V app Monday, half an hour before the release of their new album.

A sneak peek at their upcoming album “Teen, Age” was offered during the broadcast, with the band members presenting the full package consisting of a CD, a booklet and more.

“I actually haven’t seen the pictures myself yet and they actually look so good!” Woozi said as he flipped through the booklet containing their picture.

The bandmates also revealed the meaning behind the title of the album “Teen, Age” and the title of the lead track “Clap.” “With our youngest member Dino turning 20 next year, us Seventeen members would like to send a round of applause to our passionate journey through adolescence during the past years,” said Hoshi. Minkyu said that the new album will show how “the band members have matured into awesome adults.”

The bandmates then gathered around a cake and blew out candles to celebrate their hard work that went into the new album.

The broadcast came to an end as the clock struck 6 p.m. when the album was released online.
