Jang Moon-bok, a rapper trainee from O&O Entertainment, shared his tips on improving the health of his hair in the latest episode of Onstyle’s beauty show “Get It Beauty.”

In the episode that aired on Wednesday, the host Lee Honey expressed her surprise on Jang’s silky hair saying “I’ve never seen a man with such silky hair.”

“I used to sleep a lot but as I started to grow my hair, I had to cut back on sleep to manage my hair,” Jang said.

Asked to share his hair care tips, he said, “I use treatment every day and I guess (my silky hair) is also because of a genetic element.”

Jang was recently selected as the new model for a L’Oreal Paris hair product.

Jang first gained public attention through Mnet’s survival audition program “Superstar K2” as a participant in 2010. He failed to move up to the finals but became the talk of town after the show aired his audition footage.

He recently appeared on another Mnet competition show “Produce 101 Season 2” and finished the show at No. 27, failing to secure a spot in the final 11-member group.
