Saturday’s broadcast on Naver’s V app featured behind-the-scenes footage from a music video of “Dinosaur,” the lead track off the duo’s new EP, where Lee Chan-hyuk and Lee Soo-hyun shared their candid thoughts about the song.

“I got the idea for the song from a dinosaur that once appeared in my dream as a child. It broke through a window and roared at me. It was so vivid,” Lee Chan-hyuk said.

“The track metaphorically explores the feelings of fear that doesn’t have an exact figure. That scary figure could be anything -- for example a dinosaur. The music video of the song will show us searching for that figure,” he added.

Lee Soo-hyun, Lee Chan-hyuk’s younger sister, also said, “Since the track marks our first attempt at electronic dance music, it was a bit burdensome. But I think we are more excited than anxious.”

The siblings revealed that many people had tried to persuade them not to try EDM and to stick to the duo’s acoustic musical style. But Lee Chan-hyuk said he and his sister wanted to change into totally different people through “Dinosaur.”

“I had to break out of a shell in order to change myself. Since ‘Dinosaur’ is light-hearted music, we hope you enjoy the song with a light heart as well,” Lee Chan-hyuk said.
