Donghae and Choi Si-won of boy band Super Junior and Changmin of duo TVXQ have all been assigned to a promotion squad of Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, local reports said Tuesday.

After enlisting as auxiliary policemen in late 2015 and the monthlong basic training, the three idol stars “recently” joined the squad, the police agency confirmed Tuesday.

Singers Donghae, Choi and Changmin will all promote the police agency’s events, while pursuing their acting career, according to reports.

Donghae will end his service on July 2017, while Changmin and Choi will be discharged from service on August 2017.

Actors Cho Seung-woo, Ryu Soo-young and Lee Je-hoon previously served in the squad for close to two years as part of their mandatory military duty.
