JYJ member Kim Jae-joong, who enlisted previously in March, is set to drop his much-awaited second regular EP as a soloist in February next year, his agency C-jes Entertainment announced Friday.

The new album consisting of more than 10 tracks prerecorded ahead of his enlistment will be an awesome treat for his fans, according to the company.

The star has previously made a chart-sweeping soloist debut in January 2013 with a rock mini album titled “I,” selling 200,000 albums. His first regular EP “WWW” dominated iTunes charts in 12 countries, proving his status as an international hallyu star.

“Kim’s new album features self-written songs and those composed by renowned overseas artists,” said an agency official, adding the new album would be somewhat different from previous albums, as he added a little bit of pop tastes to the rock tracks.
