The manager of Hur’s former label B2M Entertainment, surnamed Jeon, signed a deal with an agency Kstarnet in March 2013 to provide the singer’s pictorials in return for half the profits.

After Jeon received the profits in his personal account, he spent the money for his own use.

According to the prosecution, he allegedly pocketed around 85 million won till September of last year.

In addition to Heo, girl group Spica and singer Eric Nam are also entitled to part of the money.

Heo, who moved to agency CI ENT in July, is slated to return to the stage next year.
