Iconic balladeer-rocker Lee Seung-hwan held a six hour and 21 minute-long concert for his 26th anniversary show on Sunday, surpassing his own record set in 2012 for the longest single performance held in Korea and cementing his longtime reputation as the “god of live shows.”

The spectacle-filled concert, titled “Bar Day -- 26 years” and held at Seoul’s Uniqlo Ax Hall, lasted for a staggering 381 minutes, starting from 4:03 p.m. and wrapping up at 11:04 p.m.

Lee sang a total of 66 songs on stage, including hits such as “Good Day” and “Flower” and rock renditions of “Superhero,” “Red Camel” and more, stopping only for a 40-minute intermission during which dinner was served to the audience.

Hip-hop artists Garion, MC Meta and 45RPM were featured as special guests. The sound quality and stage setup were perfected with Lee’s exclusive staff, reports said.

Lee’s previous record was set at five hours and 40 minutes with 52 songs, sans guests, at a concert in August 2012.
Sunday’s “Bar Day” show was broadcast live through Naver’s online streaming app V, garnering over 35,000 real-time viewers, both international and local.
