Taeyong of NCT went live at midnight after a long day.

“I’ve kept my promise, everyone, that no matter how busy I am I will come to V Live before the end of this year,” he said.

He said he was starving because he only had half a sandwich all day, and has been busy working until he came home to start the livestream. He ordered in some food on the way and it came quicker than he expected, he added.

“I’m happy already,” he said when he got at the notification, wiping the table, and excusing himself to fetch the delivery.

As for the abrasion on his neck, the idol explained that he must have gotten the scrapes while performing “Kick It” at the 2020 MAMA, an annual awards ceremony that was held on Sunday.

“(Scrapes) happen all the time ... But what can we do? We’d do it as long as it looks cool,” he said. He asked if the viewers watched the ceremony and thanked them for letting them win a trophy.

“It is like a year-end review and I feel good that it seems like we’ve done a good job,” he said. Seeing other artists’ performances also motivated him and he learned a lot, he added.

IZ*ONE’s Hyewon savors instant noodles

Kang Hyewon of IZ*ONE talked to her fans while enjoying instant noodles with her bandmates.

She complimented her fellow members for how pretty they looked ? An Yujin in “Sequence” and Miyawaki Sakura in “Panorama” ?- during their showcase earlier that day. Choi Yena, staying off camera, asked the viewers if everyone tuned into the online event that celebrated the band’s return with its fourth EP titled “One Reeler/ Act IV.”

Miyawaki commented how the showcase felt a little too short and the rest all agreed.

“It was really cold, almost as cold as outside,” said Kang of the stage.

“The set for ‘Panorama’ was so beautiful, wasn’t it? Like a movie set,” added Choi. She wondered if their fans saw that they added dance moves from their previous hits, including “La Vie En Rose,” “Violetta” and “Siesta,” to the choreography of “Panorama.”

Of course they know, said Miyawaki, but confided that she did not realize it when their choreographer first taught them the dance.

Enhyphen drops hints for show appearance

The bandmates of Enhyphen surprised the hosts of a weekly entertainment program with their energy and readiness.

Super Junior’s Eunhyuk and Ze:A’s Kwanghee welcome the super rookies to “Weekly Idol” and Kwanghee told viewers how Eunhyuk, a veteran idol, admired the boy band’s performance.

The bandmates introduced themselves one by one and at Eunhyuk’s suggestion, gave hints on what they did during the recording of the show. Jake mentioned how much fun they had playing games and Jay shared that dance would be a key word.

The hosts agreed that the boys demonstrated different styles of dances and that Jay, in particular, played a big role, making him chuckle. The boys were given a chance to promote the title track from their debut single and Sunghoon explained how it sings about their dream coming true.

Eunhyuk teased that it was exactly the same comment he used while the filming the program. The group‘s finger moves that signify opening one’s eyes, however, definitely had an impact, Kwanghee said.

TXT tries escape room game

The bandmates of Tomorrow X Together took part in an escape room game in a mysterious house.

Huening Kai, a first-timer, asked if they should use the hint as soon as they stepped into the room and Soobin reminded him that they only have five chances.

“My brain is not working because it’s too early in the morning,” said Yeonjun.

Beomgyu turned on the small television in the room and started dancing to the music coming from it. “Kick him out, he is useless,” joked Yeonjun.

They found a lock and the opening date of the facility was the key to open it. They continued searching for more clues gathering at the table and scattering around the room. Beomgyu found a key to a safe while Soobin and Yeonjun tried turning the clock.

After 20 minutes, Yeonju finally managed to unlock the safe, which contained a sheet of paper. The quintet moved on to the next room with only 17 minutes remaining and they apologized that it took them so long.
