BTS went live to celebrate the group’s Grammy nomination with Army, their devoted fandom community.

Suga also became a nominee, V reminded, addressing the absent member, as J-Hope directed him to the picture posted on the wall behind them. They joked about Suga’s guitar, wondering if he would form a one-man band on his own.

Acknowledging that it is a historical feat, J-Hope admitted, “As you know, some of us watched the news in real time but I was asleep.” The group had an activity scheduled early the next morning, and those who stayed awake were feeling a little groggy, RM added. Jin asked RM about his phone that flew into the air and fell as the leader sprang up at the news.

“The nomination was done rather calmly and I was not that nervous,” Jungkook recalled, “But when I saw ‘Dynamite’ and ‘BTS,’ my heart suddenly started beating so fast.”

Jimin recounted how they just read out the name of nominees for each category and moved on to the next, and said that he wanted to know how those who were not there felt when they found out.

“I saw V’s comment in our group chat and learned that we made it,” said J-Hope, while Jin was slightly disappointed that he found out when someone congratulated him instead of hearing it from his hooting bandmates.

BTS gave fans more soothing experience with a forest-themed music video of “Life Goes On.”

Shot in a serene setting of green, the septet is perched on and beside chairs, singing the comforting tune while taking in nature in the third take on the lead track’s visuals.

The first music video topped 100 million views in three days after its release, and the album sold 2 million units on the first day.

“Life Goes On” is the lead single from the group’s eighth full-length album, “Be,” which swept across iTunes’ album charts in 90 countries upon release, as did the song for the top singles charts. The song is vying for the top spot on the UK’s Official Singles Chart, their first, against Ariana Grande’s “Positions.”

The artists performed “Life Goes On” for the first time Monday at the 2020 American Music Awards where they received two awards as well.

Enhyphen discusses music vieo teaser

Jungwon, Heeseung, Sunwoo and Niki of Enhyphen tried decorating toppers that spelled out the band’s name.

Jungwon said that the first letter is the most important and he would start with his favorite color blue. The rest of the band followed suit: Sunwoo chose red, Heeseung purple and Niki sky blue.

Heeseung confessed to viewers that he missed seeing everyone smiling bashfully. He then asked if they had watched their music video trailer, and the performers agreed it is quite scary.

“In fact, Sunwoo was in the shower and Niki turned the light off and put on the scary BGM on his laptop. And Sunwoo screamed and ran out hurriedly, toweling himself off,” said Jungwon, laughing.

Niki apologized to Sunwoo and the latter admitted he really was spooked, adding he did not expect it to be so uncanny.

“It was not that scary. I could rather feel the artistry,” remarked Heeseung, sending the rest into bursts of laughter. The sounds are unique, and I thought Enhyphen is different even in the teaser, he elaborated.

EXO’s Kai picks out photocards for album

Kai of EXO selected photo cards and decorated them for his forthcoming solo debut album.

“I’ve taken pictures for quite a while and brought some from about 200,” he explained. He will filter some more before making the final selection, he said, going through the photographs and adding hearts.

“This will definitely go in,” he said of a photo he took during the filming of the music video for the lead track. He was wearing a pair of sunglasses and wrote “You Love Me” over the picture.

As for a visual in which he was smelling his own hair, the idol said he dyed it neon yellow to match the concept. He had never done such color and wanted to feel it, he joked, and it did smell nice.

He added a heart for another one -- pretending to eat a candle -- because the time he took it was 8:08 a.m.

“My back number is 88 so it won’t make sense if I didn’t pick this,” he insisted.
