[V Report] NCT boys figure out how to make waffles
Broadcast dates: Nov. 18-19
Starring: NCT, BTS, Twice
(Naver's V Live) |
Jungwoo, Mark and Jisung of NCT teamed up to make waffles and toast.
They appeared in matching aprons that spelled out the band’s name and told viewers that they have set up a cafeteria that will serve the sweets as well as coffee and ice cream.
Mark asked the other two how they felt when they found out that they will be livestreaming as a trio and Jisung admitted that he was relieved that he will be joining the two he is close to. Jungwoo, on the other hand, said that he frankly did not care who his teammates were, making the other two laugh.
The three then started making waffles, or “croffle” to be more specific, that is crispy as a croissant. Mark told Jungwoo that it is quite trending in Korea although he himself had not tried it yet. Jisung carefully spread out the oil on the waffle maker and Mark managed to shut the lid tight only to find out that they actually did not add oil to the upper part.

Another NCT trio reads tarot cards
(Naver's V Live) |
Xiaojun, Jeno and Jaemin of NCT, meanwhile, carried on the band’s relay livestream, reading tarot cards for their fans.
Jeno admitted that he was feeling a little awkward as he, unlike Jaemin who was in the same unit with Xiaojun for “Make A Wish,” was quite unfamiliar with the latter, as well as reading cards.
They asked their fans in advance to send in their stories and Xiaojun picked out the first: one who confessed her love to her best friend, put their relationship into jeopardy, and wanted to find out what the cards say about their future.
Jeno laid out five cards from the deck he shuffled and asked Xiaojun to select one.
“Their fate might depend on your pick,” teased Jeno and Xiaojun clutched his heart with a muffled shriek.
The idols oohed and aahed at each card, weaving them into a narrative with a happy ending.
“I think this will end in marriage, don’t you think?” Jaemin asked clapping his hands.

(Naver's V Live) |
The second teaser trailer for “Life Goes On,” the lead track from BTS’s forthcoming album, became available at midnight.

The black and white trailer further heightens expectations for the song as well as the album “BE” that is set to be fully unveiled worldwide on Nov. 20. The album is their eighth official studio album and consists of eight tracks including “Dynamite,” which was released in advance landing at the top of Billboard and is still staying on the main singles chart after 12 weeks.

Twice’s Momo shows off puppy
(Naver's V Live) |
Momo of Twice took to V Live from her bed showing off her puppy Boo’s cute skills to her fans.
“I was feeling too lazy to wipe off my makeup and decided to turn on V Live,” she said flipping the camera to show herself telling the viewers in advance that she will stay on briefly and then cleanse her face.
She was wearing navy pajamas and she acknowledged that it was the group’s merchandise designed by Jihyo. She wears them often and hopes they make more of them, she added.
The idol told viewers to send in questions about her pet that ranged from his age (10 months) and whether he sheds fur (yes) to how many hours he sleeps a day (20 hours). She was delighted to see a comment that it would be great to form a fan club for Boo quickly coming up with a name for the club -- Sullivan, from the movie “Monsters, Inc.,” as Boo was named after the main character in it.
