NCT Dream wraps up first week with ‘Ridin’
NCT Dream took to V Live after wrapping up its first week of promotions for “Ridin’.”
The musicians from the six-piece teenage act under S.M. Entertainment’s NCT boy band platform had a casual chat with fans, sharing that their NCT bandmates had supported them throughout all their activities.
“Jaehyun (of NCT) bought us delicious coffee and Mark and Doyoung also bought us delicious food. Doyoung especially bought us rice with grilled eel, which was so delicious,” said Haechan.
The group also talked about Beyond Live, a livestreamed concert series launched by S.M. Entertainment.
Acts such as SuperM and WayV have previously performed in the virtual concert, and NCT Dream is slated to play May 9. NCT 127 is set to perform May 16.
NCT Dream dropped its new album “Reload,” featuring bombastic single “Ridin’” on April 29.

Oh My Girl dances to ‘Nonstop’ in training outfits
Reveling in a new career high, Oh My Girl dropped a dance video for its latest single, “Nonstop.”
In the clip, shared via the group’s V Live channel, the seven band members are clad in casual training outfits, looking relaxed and joyful in their studio.
The K-pop girl group, in its sixth year, has strengthened its career portfolio over the past few years by releasing highly acclaimed music.
“Nonstop,” which came out April 27, topped local streaming charts upon its release, including Melon, Genie Music and Bugs Music.
“Nonstop” tells the story of a girl who has fallen in love with an old friend and is confused about her feelings.

Ateez’s Hongjoong boasts color-changing lighting
Hongjoong of Ateez showed fans the color-changing lighting in his studio.
The Ateez leader took to V Live while working in his studio, promising to share behind-the-scenes stories about the group’s activities.
Before starting the conversation, Hongjoong told fans he had something to show them.
As he pushed buttons on his cellphone, the LED lighting in the studio changed to various colors, including red, purple and orange.
Looking excited, he said, “I share this room with other artists, and I recently decided to decorate it with some lighting. It works with Bluetooth so I can control it with my phone.”
Having debuted in 2018, Ateez recently surpassed 1 million subscribers on its official YouTube channel.

FaceTiming with TOO
TOO gifted fans with a series of FaceTime videos, expressing love for Together (the group’s fandom).
“We’re currently holding a fan signing event through this video, but I hope the situation gets better so that we could see each other in person and have a good time talking to each other,” said band leader Chan.
Showcasing each member’s charms, the 10-piece act showered fans with sweet messages.
After getting its start on the Mnet audition program “To Be World Klass,” the 10-piece rookie group, whose name stands for “Ten
Oriented Orchestra,” debuted with the EP “Reason for Being: Benevolence” and single “Magnolia” on April 1.
TOO became one of seven boy bands to compete in Mnet’s new K-pop competition “Road to Kingdom,” which is poised to be a game changer for the newly launched act.
