She first showed only her hands asking if the viewers could tell who she is. She folded her thumb shaking four fingers to give a hint, as four is “sa” in Korean.

She reassured fans that she did not have a cold when they worried hearing her cough drily a few times.

“I am drinking a second bottle of water,” said the idol.

She happily confirmed that she was in Osaka, her hometown, and her family was well. The star revealed that whenever she goes to her parents, she has father-daughter time, in which they both put on face masks, and she did it the previous night.

Answering a fan’s question on what she thinks of men wearing makeup, she said, “It is totally up to the person. If you want to, why not? My dad barely takes care of his skin, so I often make him wash his face and put creams for him.”

“I didn’t get to sleep much. I tossed and turned all night,” said Yugyeom tiredly on his way to the venue for a sound check.

“The traffic was so heavy and I am carsick,” confessed Bambam heading for the rehearsal that began without Jackson, who was not feeling well.

On the day of the concert, Yugyeom told the camera: “It has been a year since we last performed here and I am grateful that we are having the show at this huge venue. We will pour ourselves out on stage so please enjoy it with us.”

“I have personally been looking forward to coming to South America,” said Bambam. Having written a rap part in Spanish as well as a song with a nod to Latin music, he was curious to see what the fans would think of them.

Early one morning after arriving at their next tour destination, Santiago, Bambam went outside on his own with a camera. You might have been wondering why I have stayed inside except for dinners touring for a month, and here is why, he said before getting out of the car at Maipo Canyon to take pictures of the scenery.

Taking a sip of strawberry smoothie, he went through messages posted by fans and told them that he had not had dinner. I am watching my diet these days and have started working out, said the former Produce X 101 participant. This is the first time he has regulated his meals and although it has only been a couple of days since his main menu has become chicken breast and rice, it is not easy, he admitted.

“I don’t know how long I will be able to maintain this, though,” said Kim.

He has practiced for his upcoming fan meeting in Bangkok and also been to the gym, the performer told fans before going through the playlist he prepared to share.

The first song on the list is Epitone Project’s “Tree,” a song with pretty sounds and soothing lyrics. I am only 19 years old, he said sheepishly, but I had a slump and listened to this a lot walking along the beach.

The trio rode down to Gwangalli Beach, one of the most famous and popular spots in the city. Although they may not be able to draw a huge crowd here, the audience may be able to enjoy music in a perfect setting with the ocean in the background, said Kwon. The Gwangalli Bridge will light up at night and will make it even better, agreed Chen sitting on one of the stairs along the beach and taking in the view as an audience himself.

“It will be Instagrammable,” Kwon declared with a sheepish grin.

“I am worried that the busking will attract so many people that they may take over the road,” joked Cho. Kwon blamed Chen for the possibility and the latter denied saying that he visited a museum on the previous day and one of the staff asked if he was a celebrity.

“At least you were asked,” said Kwon.
