NCT 127 not only had the honor of receiving a special prize but also were greeted by local fans to show their support.

They shared their experience from the trip and Johnny said that he took an extra turn during the performance of “Cherry Bomb” onstage.

“I jumped and landed well, but the floor was a little slippery and I almost tripped,” he confessed.

The subunit of NCT also had an opportunity to record an Indonesian song and Haechan, trying to mess with Doyoung’s part, almost messed up his own recording, he confided. Although he was not confident with the pronunciation, the local staff kindly offered to help and he managed to record it smoothly, Haechan said, singing a part of the song. Hopefully, there will be a chance to share the full version with our fans, they added.

After a long wait for pickup, Singdong asked if Leeteuk was hungry. He was craving something since the previous day, so much so that he woke up in the middle of the night, said Leeteuk. When the veteran idol told the one-day manager that it was a burger, Sindong forgot about the role and said informally that he should not eat burgers so often.

“Get me one from Shake Shack. Smoky burger with single patty, a Coke and fries with cheese on the side,” said Leeteuk unfazed.

“He is so demanding,” said Eunhyuk watching the footage on screen.

“If it were me, I would have quit already,” said Heechul.

While Leeteuk had his hair and makeup done for an event, Sindong went to fetch burgers with a secret agenda: to spend a lot of Leeteuk’s money.

“He is well-known for being a penny pincher. But today I am going to eat a lot with his money. Maybe even buy myself something big, a fridge,” he chuckled.

“We are in a hotel room so we cannot light the candles or be loud,” said Minhyuk apologetically adding that they are live-streaming since they were concerned that they might not be able to live-stream the next day due to their flight schedule.

The band, currently in Los Angeles, had a whirlwind schedule including its first visit to Las Vegas and an appearance in I Heart Radio Music Festival. It joined the lineup of Life Is Beautiful, a three-day fest also held in the city, added Minhyuk.

Kihyun told fans that he had felt their strength on “The Ellen Show.”

“When we were rehearsing I was a little awkward but when we took to the stage for the show, it was so different. Your being there made all the difference,” he said.

“We are finally taking a trip, after yesterday’s concert,” said Momo.

“We have been talking about going on a trip together, but as we thought it was not easy for all of us at once. So Momo and I decided to go, just the two of us,” said Sana. She is undecided whether she should bring one or two suitcases, she confessed showing the luggage in the back of the car.

Showing off their matching pants, made by Momo, the two explained that they each brought two suitcases, one packed and one empty, since they might go on a shopping spree.

“We actually have no plans. And this is the first time we’re traveling on our own, without our managers or staff. But don’t worry!” said Momo.

The pair safely arrived at Hawaii and briefly wondered when they will be able to return to their hotel on a trolley -- “We don’t even know where we are going” -- but managed to take a nap before heading to a restaurant with a beautiful nightview.
