“We have finished taping a music program and are on the way to have dinner,” said the trio, helping themselves to a bag of Haribo jellies in a large bucket.

“I’m starving,” said Sana from the back seat, reaching for the bucket.

“We can pitch ideas for costumes for this program and we told them we want to wear suits. It was the first time we got to wear white suits,” said Nayeon.

“We have a fan-signing session next week and I have come up with a limited-edition (autographed version of) our current album, ‘Fancy You.’ Please come so that you can get it!” said Momo.

While Sana and Momo seemed torn on what to have for dinner -- Chinese hot pot or another dish -- Nayeon began singing “Fancy” and doing a cute dance. Her bandmates automatically joined in.

Blackpink’s Jisoo, Lisa compare notes on Toronto aquarium

Jisoo of Blackpink checked in from Toronto, Canada, to reassure fans she was doing OK despite the cold weather.

“I feel much better. Still have little coughs, but OK,” she said, wearing a beanie over her long hair. “It’s very cold here and I tried to bundle up by layering.”

On her free day between concerts there, the performer told fans, she went to visit an aquarium. “I wanted to do a lot of things today but I overslept and could not join Lisa in the morning. But later I met up with a friend of mine who lives here and did go. I will share the photos later but it was a little shocking. The sea creatures were too real, you know, like I was in a fish market but still it was mysterious,” she said, clearing her throat several times. “There were so many sharks and I wondered if it was OK to leave them in the same tank as the other fish!”

Then Lisa popped in to talk about her own experience at the aquarium.

“Tomorrow is the concert,” said Jisoo expectantly before turning the streaming off to join Lisa for a midnight snack of instant noodles.

Stray Kids streams favorite songs

Bang Chan of Stray Kids sported a Stray Kids beanie, along with other band merchandise, on the 17th episode of his solo segment on Naver’s V Live. “This is the first time I’m wearing a beanie here. Does it look OK?” he asked.

“It’s been a long day, but it’s not over yet,” he began. “We are back in Korea. We’ve been to Manila and it was so great! There were so many Stay (members).” Stay refers to the Stray Kids fandom community.

“We had such a great time on stage and together with them,” said the leader of the boy band, thanking everyone.

“You probably know this,” he said turning the volume up and grooving to the tune of the Twice song “Fancy.” “I really like this album, the performance, the music video. It shows a different side of them, I think, and I’ve been listening to this song quite often,” said Bang Chan.

“Felix also likes this,” said the performer before playing another favorite -- “Back in Black” from the Australian rock band AC/DC -- and banging his head to the strong beat.

NCT 127 says hi from Miami

NCT 127’s seven members showed off their team spirit by getting together in white T-shirts for a segment on Naver’s V Live. Many even wore the same brand, but that was just a coincidence, said Johnny.

“The weather is so nice, so we wanted to livestream from the balcony, but the Wi-Fi was not strong enough,” explained Johnny. While the members suddenly had a heated discussion about who had beaten who in games they had played, Chenle came up to the camera worried about the unstable internet connection.

“Please show us what great idea you have,” said the members, to which Chenle said, “I was just going to say bye (to the fans) in case the connection is suddenly lost. It’s rude not to bid a proper bye.” This sent everyone into a fit of laughter.

The subunit of NCT is performing in 10 North American cities. Miami is the third stop on the tour.
