“When you’re overseas, you really miss gochujang,” he said on a V Live broadcast, referring to traditional Korean red chili paste.

He was preparing an instant meal consisting of rice with vegetables and chili paste -- one of two dishes he’d picked out from his precious provisions of ready-made Korean food. The other was instant “miyeokguk” (seaweed soup) and rice, which he said was “always right.”

“Don’t worry. I won’t grow big. I lost a lot of weight and need to put on a few kilos,” he said.

“Haechan may be writing comments on (the V app) now,” Chenle said, referring to their absent bandmate.

Jisung said he had left many comments on Jaemin’s solo livestream a few days earlier, asking him for “winks.”

“That was you? I did wink twice because of that comment,” Jaemin said.
