Upon dropping its sixth EP, “You Made My Dawn,” Seventeen visited Twitter’s headquarters in Seoul on Tuesday evening for the first time to communicate with fans and talk about the new album in a Twitter Blueroom Q&A session.

Despite the absence of The8, who couldn’t make it due to an engagement in China, the other 12 musicians overflowed with their signature energy, brightening the cozy room with laughter and banter.

The hourlong session kicked off with Vernon, Jun and Jeonghan greeting fans respectively in English, Chinese and Japanese. The boys then started talking about the band’s new album and its lead track, “Home.”

“I’ve been streaming the song since our showcase on Monday. I think I’ve listened to it over 60 times,” said Seungkwan.

Woozi, who took part in crafting the song, said, “It’s an album that will give you some warmth in this winter season. Please listen to it comfortably.”

Answering fans’ questions about the new album, the band went into detail about the music video for “Home” and its choreography.

Asked about their favorite scenes from the video -- shot against backgrounds that included a basketball court, a rooftop and an ocean -- Dino said the ocean scene was his favorite, while Seungkwan said shooting at the basketball court gave him a feeling of comfort.

As Jun said he preferred group shots the most, one fan left a comment suggesting the band shoot a sitcom one day.

In response, Seungkwan joked, “If you send us a script, we will do it.”

When asked about the choreography, the band instructed fans how to dance to the song -- including the signature move in which the dancers’ hands form the shape of a house.

“Rather than making an exact triangle, you should tilt it a bit to the side. Nowadays, it takes us a full two days to learn new choreography. The rest is about working on details,” said Seungkwan.

Halfway through the session, the boys amped up their perkiness, which skyrocketed as they took turns winking at the camera. After making every staff member in the room burst into laughter, the boys made the session even merrier by joking with each other, naming each other’s future children and picking a small pillow fight. Seungkwan even had to get up and get a tissue to wipe away the tears that resulted from laughing too hard.

As the broadcast garnered more than 400,000 hits toward the end, Seventeen wrapped up the live show by answering a few more fans’ questions.

Asked how they would spend their free time, Mingyu said, “I want to travel around. Since it’s cold in Korea now, I want to go somewhere warm that has an ocean, like Hawaii or Cebu.”

“I’d like to watch movies. I recently watched ‘Swing Kids’ with DK one night, and it was amazing,” said Vernon.

Joshua said he would like to go bungee jumping, while Jeonghan said he would like to try ice fishing.

Seventeen’s Blueroom live broadcast can be viewed again via the band’s official Twitter account, @pledis_17.
