Super Junior stars Yesung and Siwon have updated their Twitter accounts with messages for Tsunami-struck Indonesia.

A volcano-triggered tsunami swept through the coast of southern Sumatra and the western tip of Java on Saturday morning. As of Monday, more than 280 casualties were recorded.

After news of the disaster spread worldwide, Super Junior’s Siwon wrote on Twitter on Sunday, “My heart is with every single person in Indonesia tragically affected by the tsunami.”

He went on to say that he is “praying fervently that aid and recovery efforts will be successful in helping the nation recover and become stronger than before.”

Siwon is an ambassador for nonprofit organization UNICEF.

Bandmate Yesung also took to Twitter to share his thoughts and concerns, “Thinking and praying for disaster victims in Indonesia.”

Yesung tried writing his message in Malay, albeit broken, to which fans echoed the sentiment in their own respective languages, including Japanese and Spanish.
