Urban Zakapa previews new album

Rhythm and blues trio Urban Zakapa dropped a highlight medley of its upcoming album “05” on V Live on Thursday.

The uploaded clip features audio snippets of the record’s 10 tracks, each 30 seconds long, including double lead tracks “The Reason That This Night Became Special” and “The Way it Was Meant to Be” (literal translations).

The record will be released Tuesday.

The group earlier confirmed that its comeback music video would feature boy band ASTRO’s Cha Eun-woo as the male lead. It is currently unclear which of the two lead songs he will be in.

Winner’s Song Mino teases solo album

Song Mino of K-pop boy band Winner released a teaser video for “Fiance,” the lead track of his first solo album, on V Live on Wednesday.

The rapper, songwriter and producer of Winner will drop his first full-length solo album titled “XX” on Monday. It is his second undertaking as a solo artist. In 2016, Song released a solo digital single, “Body.”

Having debuted as a member of Winner in August 2014, Song is both a composer and lyricist for the band and has crafted many of Winner’s songs since its debut.

GOT7’s Youngjae plays cart game with fans on V

GOT7 member Youngjae played “Kartrider,” an online multiplayer racing game, with fans during a V Live broadcast on Wednesday.

In the video titled “Just got up,” Youngjae, looking cozy at home, communicated with fans candidly.

“Yes, I just got up. … My hair’s messy? I even popped pimples just yesterday,” he said.

Youngjae then invited fans to join the game, setting up a game room under the name “Youngjae and Agasae” with a password that he notified to fans on the livestream. Agasae is the name of GOT7’s fan club.
