Hyoyeon of Girls’ Generation is set to drop her newest solo track, “Punk Right Now.”

Representing the act, S.M. Entertainment said Monday that the musician, now known as DJ Hyo, will release her fourth single on Monday at midnight via YouTube, Naver TV, SMTOWN Channel and her official website.

“Punk Right Now,” which she worked on with American DJ 3LAU, will be a dance pop track based on electro-house. It will be released in both Korean and English, the agency said.

Having debuted in 2007 as a member of the 11-piece girl group Girls’ Generation, Hyoyeon has proven her talent both as a member of the K-pop act and as a soloist.

She released her first solo single, “Mystery,” in December 2016 and her second single, “Wannabe,” in June last year. With “Sober,” dropped in April this year, she assumed her new stage name.

“Punk Right Now” will be available on local streaming sites Tuesday evening.
