Yoo Yeon-seok has a drastic transformation into Monty Navarro of “A Gentleman’s Guide to Love & Murder,” his new musical piece.

King Kong by Stars, a company affiliated with Yoo’s agency, recently released promotional photos of the musical actor made for the new production.

“A Gentleman’s Guide to Love & Murder” is a musical comedy based in London in the early 1990s. Yoo is to play male lead character Monty Navarro, known for his good looks and brilliant wit.

Yoo played the role of Goo Dong-mae in the recently concluded tvN drama “Mr. Sunshine,” receiving great reviews for his melodramatic and action role in the series.

“A Gentleman’s Guide to Love & Murder” will be staged at Hongik Daehangno Art Center in Seoul from Friday.
