Nichkhun of 2PM will make his solo debut in Japan this December.

Representing the act, JYP Entertainment said Friday the artist will release his first solo EP, “Me,” in Japan on Dec. 19, following in the footsteps of bandmates Juho, Jun.K, Wooyoung, Taecyeon and Chansung, who have previously promoted solo efforts in Japan.

The Thai-American singer’s upcoming album will feature lead track “Lucky Charm” with Nichkhun’s dulcet vocals. Befitting the song’s title, a teaser image for the album released by the agency features the singer sitting atop a cloud at the fantastical backdrop of pink-tinged sky.

The five-track EP also includes “Home,” “Bridge,” “Jealous” and “Mars.”

Singer and actor Nickhun was recently named “Asia Superstar,” at the Thailand Headlines Person of the Year awards show hosted by Thai magazine Mangu.

Nichkhun is scheduled to hold his first solo concerts in Japan in November and December.
