Actress Kang Eun-bi said she witnessed a staff member illegally filming a fellow actress on set during a shower scene.

Kang shared her story during a YouTube stream Wednesday after mentioning the spycam scandal involving actress Shin Se-kyung and Yoon Bo-mi of Apink, who had a spycam planted in their room by a staff member during the shooting of the show “Borderless Food Cart.”

“I also witnessed staff illegally filming (someone else),” the actress said during the stream.

“I once went on a field trip to see a fellow actress at my previous agency film a movie. She was filming a shower scene that day,” Shin said.

Shin added that she was waiting outside the studio as she was accompanying an audio director who did not have to be inside.

She said, “I was behind the director and I saw the director had not only set up an audio recording system but also a spycam. The screen to check the audio is quite big and the screen -- showing the shower scene -- was on display next to it.

“(The director) recorded the screen with his phone.”

Some viewers were surprised and asked whether police were alerted about the incident.

In response, Kang said other people had also witnessed the incident but the director was acting confidently and people were unsure how to react.
