Jin took the “Eat Jin” show to a whole new level in a Wednesday live broadcast.

BTS wrapped up domestic promotions for “Love Yourself: Answer” and flew to the US to continue the concert tour it kicked off in Seoul on Aug. 25. The band is now in Los Angeles, where it is to hold its first concert in North America at the city’s renowned Staples Center.

The eldest of BTS took his eating show, “Eat Jin,” with him to Southern California. Since he couldn’t film during the day amid rehearsals and official duties, he had to wait until past midnight to record the show.

“I’m sorry. I’ve had all three meals for the day and all I can have right now is this water,” he explained.

Known for his love for food, the BTS gourmet said he could tell water brands apart just by the taste.

“You might not believe this, but American water tastes richer and greasier, unlike Korean water brands,” he explained. “It’s true. I can tell.”

As he attempted to propose a toast, he held up the glass and peered through it. “I look funny,” he said, hiding his face behind the glass of water.
