Gaeko of Dynamic Duo dropped the solo digital single “Vacation” on Tuesday at 6 p.m.

“Vacation” is the rapper’s first solo work since “Gajah,” featuring RM of BTS, in April last year. This time, Gaeko is partnering with SOLE, a female soloist of the Los Angeles-based music label Devine Channel.

The relaxed tempo and mellow tune contrast with upbeat dance tracks that tend to dominate the summer music scene.

Gaeko’s new single seeks to serve as a vacation for today’s youths.

“We need vacations. … I want a lot of things but right now I just want to leave. It’s hard the moments we’re trapped in. … I just wanna lay down and watch the sky,” goes the song’s lyrics.
