iKON goes live after shooting “Idol Room”

iKON went live on Naver’s V Live on the set of “Idol Room” to tease its next episode.

“I’m sure you’ve heard iKON is very popular with kids,” the show’s host Jeong Hyeong-don said. “Find out why in iKON’s episode of ‘Idol Room.’”

“iKON said a lot of things, things that made me go, ‘Are they allowed to say this on air?’” Jeong added, hinting that a lot would be revealed.

Shinhwa is alive and kicking, after 20 years

Shinhwa unveiled on Thursday morning a 20th-anniversary concert teaser clip that compiled memorable moments from a decade ago at its 10th-anniversary concert.

Prior to the concert, the K-pop group will release “Heart,” a special album to commemorate its past two decades in the music scene.

“Shinhwa is hard at work to prepare for a special time with fans on its 20th anniversary,” said the group’s self-founded label, Shinhwa Co.

Tickets for the concert are available for purchase online starting Sept. 3 at 8 p.m.

Red Velvet dances ‘Dumb Dumb’ Irish style

Red Velvet did an Irish rendition of “Dumb Dumb” on “Idol Room” on Wednesday.

Red Velvet members pulled off the dance without moving their arms, resembling traditional Irish dance.

The five-piece girl group released its second summer-themed album “Summer Magic” fronted by “Power Up” on Aug. 6.
