Girl group Red Velvet is set to return with the new EP “Summer Magic” next Monday.

The EP will consist of seven tracks including the lead track “Power Up,” S.M. Entertainment said Monday.

“Power Up” is an up-tempo tune with a catchy hook and beats reminiscent of 8-bit-style video games. The summer tune features lyrics that basically boil down to “work hard, play harder.”

The group unveiled Monday a variety of content ranging from teaser images to a mini game, in which players can virtually make drinks with members of the group, as part of the promotion for the upcoming EP.

Red Velvet’s previous single “Red Flavor” dominated music charts in Korea last summer.

The five-piece group will hold concerts titled “Redmare” at SK Olympic Handball Gymnasium over the weekend.
