Trot singer Hong Jin-young has launched her own makeup line called Hong Shot, which will go on sale Tuesday.

The 33-year-old singer will appear on the TV shopping channel Lotte Homeshopping on Tuesday night to promote the new makeup line including foundations and lip tints, according to her agency Music K Entertainment.

Hong garnered attention for her makeup skills when she managed to avoid a red face when drinking while she was on TV in March.

After her face stayed the same while her neck went red when she drank, fans began asking the singer to share her makeup tips, prompting the singer to do a tutorial video on YouTube.

Hong says she created the makeup line to provide women with products that they really need. The singer also says she has developed a new foundation product that can do the same job as a concealer, BB cream and foundation all together.
