JTBC’s “Idol Room” excited fans with an image of Seungri ahead of Tuesday’s episode.

Seungri is the program’s first solo guest to be invited.

The veteran dancer participated in a famous dance team in Gwangju before debut. According to the show’s production staff, the artist commended idol groups such as BTS and Wanna One for their dynamic performance.

“BTS, Wanna One and many more idol groups nowadays show real awesome group choreography. I don’t think I can battle them out with my moves. So, I decided to splash some fun in my choreography,” Seungri said, laughing during the rehearsal.

Along with showing his witty side, the singer wowed the staff by performing newly released songs “Where R U From” and “1,2,3!”

Seungri is said to have recorded the program confident “the song will follow in the footsteps of Psy’s “Gangnam Style.“
