Park Yoo-chun met local fans with tears.

The singer of JYJ held a fan meeting event in eastern Seoul on Monday, celebrating his birthday.
The last local fan event took place three years ago, as the singer had faced sexual assault allegations. He was cleared of suspicion for all four cases in 2016.

At the event, Park performed three new songs. “I hope days like the past can come again. I will take the steps one by one. I don’t know if I will have the chance, but if I do, I will do my best,” he told the fans, unable to control his tears.

His agency CJes Entertainment, however, told various media outlets, a comeback would be too early. “The local fan event was held for fairness, as Park recently hosted a fan meeting event in Japan and met foreign fans.”
