Actress Song Ji-hyo is to star in new drama series “Lovely Horribly,” along with actor Park Si-hoo.

In the upcoming romantic-horror series, Song and Park will take the role of a scriptwriter and a top star, respectively. Song is prophetic in a way, as her screenplay plots mysteriously end up happening in real life. The two, born at the same time on the same day, share their fate as one is unlucky if the other is lucky.

“I am excited to participate in a production that deals with an interesting subject,” Song said through her agency.

The actress rose to stardom across Asia, featuring in the SBS ongoing entertainment series “Running Man” since 2010.
The new Monday-Tuesday drama series is to air its first episode in August on KBS2.
