“Idol Room,” JTBC’s new idol variety show hosted by singers Jung Hyeong-don and Defconn, will feature K-pop boy band Shinhwa as their second guest.

Fans can leave comments on the JTBC show’s V Channel to ask questions to the singer or ask them to do certain things on the broadcast.

The appearance of the group on the show is a part of the group’s yearlong plan to hold various programs to mark its 20th anniversary.

Having debuted in 1998, the group has created many hit songs, such as “T.O.P,” “Hey, Come On!” “Wild Eyes” and “Perfect Man.” It, together with the recently regrouped Sechskies, is one of the longest-running K-pop acts that are still active.

Featuring Jung and Defconn as its hosts, who hosted MBC Every1’s idol show “Weekly Idol” for more than seven years, “Idol Room” invites idol groups as the guests.

The first episode of the show, featuring boy band Wanna One, will air on May 12 at 4 p.m. on JTBC.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit http://www.vlive.tv.
