Actor Ma Dong-seok communicated with his fans in a live broadcast held via Naver’s V app Wednesday.

In the broadcast, he expressed his thoughts on his previous works and told stories about the filming of his new film “Champion.”

While talking about his 2016 hit film “Train to Busan,” he was asked what he would do if he faces zombies in real life.

“Originally, zombies are slow so you can avoid them but the zombies from ‘Train to Busan’ are fast so I wish to run away but I guess I will need to fight with them,” he said. “But originally, you can run away from zombies even when you were talking to other people (because they are so slow).”

Ma's new film “Champion” tells the story of Korean adoptee Mark, played by Ma, on his journey to become an arm wrestling champion. It is set to hit theaters here on May 1.

Luna of K-pop girl group f(x) communicated with her fans in a live broadcast held via Naver’s V app Thursday.

In the broadcast, a fan asked the singer, “Do you also have experience of getting sentimental late at night?”

“Don’t you think the lyrics of my new song ‘Night Reminiscin’’ is a bit so?” Luna replied while laughing.

“I think as I get older, I tend to control myself and hide cringy or ugly facets of myself,” she said. “But I hope not to hide them considering such facets are also part of me. I hope you to be so.”

During the broadcast, she also updated her fans with her recent activities.

While talking about her recent performance in Dubai during her agency S.M. Entertainment’s concert in the city, she said she went shopping with her f(x) bandmate Amber for the first time.

“It was a time when I could know more about Amber’s taste,” she said. “We talked a lot and got closer to each other.”

She recalled her experience in Dubai interesting and happy as she could go shopping with Amber and talked much with other people from her agency.

The singer released a new single album “Night Reminiscing’” on Tuesday.

Having debuted in 2009 with girl group f(x), Luna started her solo career in May 2016 with her first mini album, “Free Somebody.”

In the broadcast, he revealed his affection toward soccer.

“I really like soccer,” he said bringing up the topic. “I often watch Champions League games. What is burdening is that those games are usually held at late night (in Korea time).”

“There was a Champions League game last night. I thought I should not watch it as I had to hold a broadcast today. But I could not help but watch because it kept coming into my mind. I was so happy that the team I’m supporting won.”

When asked who his favorite player is, he said, “For me, questions like this are like ‘Do you prefer mother or father?’”

“I like both (Lionel) Messi and (Christiano) Ronaldo. But I like Ronaldo a little more so I’m supporting Real Madrid.”
