Jung Hae-in is set to perform on the soundtrack of JTBC drama series “Something in the Rain,” according to an exclusive from TV Report on Friday.

Jung, who plays the main character in the TV drama, has been gaining tremendous popularity among viewers.

The report said the show’s staff first suggested Jung record for the show, and Jung accepted the idea without hesitation. The lyrics of will reportedly depict Jung’s emotions toward Son Ye-jin on the show.

The drama soundtrack has been especially loved by the audience, as old pop songs featured have amplified the romantic mood between the leads. “Save the Last Dance for Me” and “Stand by Me” have ranked highly on various online music charts after being featured in the show.
