In the broadcast, she revealed the recipe for the vegetable juice which she thinks made her keep her weight down.
“I will make the vegetable juice that I drink on the days when I’m not filming. I grind lots of kale, yogurt, raspberries and cabbage into juice,” she said. She said she has been drinking the juice since she was five years old.
She also revealed the kinds of health supplements she takes. “I take red ginseng, omega-3 fatty acid, vitamins, propolis, multiple vitamin pills, blood vessel-cleaning supplements and energy boost-up supplements.”
“I‘m aiming to live to be 300,“ she said. “As I am no longer in my twenties, I have all of these health supplements.
“It seems like I can open a pharmacy,” she joked.
