Suho of EXO talked with his fans in a live broadcast via Naver’s V app Sunday, ahead of the group’s concert in Thailand.

During a question-and-answer session, one fan commented, “It seems that I screwed up my practical test to get a license.”

“I don’t believe that’s a failure,” Suho replied. “It’s not a failure. You just learned how to succeed next time.”

When asked about his bandmate Lay, he said, “Lay is also working in China. I hope we can find time in our schedules to release an album together this year.”

“We are keeping in touch with Lay. We also have a group chat,” Suho said.

Lay has been focusing on his solo career in China. As a result, he has often missed the group’s activities. Many fans asked whether he would leave the group as three other Chinese EXO members did previously. Both Lay and his EXO bandmates denied such a possibility.

The Chinese member will appear in the Chinese TV series “Empress of the Ming: Legend of Sun Ruowei” with veteran actress Tang Wei. The drama will be aired in 2019.

Lee Ho-won, better known by his former stage name Hoya of boy band Infinite, released a dance practice video of “Angel” via Naver’s V app Sunday.

“Angel” is a prerelease track of the singer’s solo debut album, which is scheduled to be released on March 28 at 6 p.m.

The singer participated in choreography for the song.

Lee debuted as a member of Infinite, but he left the group in August last year as he did not renew his contract with the agency Woolim Entertainment, which expired in June.

He has since been focusing on acting and musical activities. He starred in MBC’s “Two Cops” and the musical “Hourglass” last year.

Mamamoo

Girl group Mamamoo revealed a video featuring its dance practice for “Starry Night” on Naver’s V app Sunday. The singers dressed in animal costumes modeled after a sheep, a monkey and two pigs.

Each animal indicated the Chinese zodiac sign of each member: Solar was born in the Year of the Sheep; Moonbyul in the Year of the Monkey; and Wheein and Hwasa in the Year of the Pig.

The video was to celebrate the music video of “Starry Night,” which drew more than 12 million views.

“Why is this so exciting?” Wheein said while changing into her pig costume. “It’s my first time wearing something like this.”

“While we were talking about this, we exclaimed, ‘Wow, what a great idea!’” she said.

After dancing in the costume, Wheein said, “We could experience the hardship of those people who work wearing animal costumes.”

“It was also fun,” she said. “We could give laughter to people.”
