Singer and actor Lee Seung-gi revealed his fortune in a live broadcast held to promote his latest film, “The Princess and the Matchmaker,” on Naver’s V app Monday.

The film, helmed by director Hong Chang-pyo, who was behind 2013’s “The Face Reader,” tells the story of Seo Do-yoon, the best diviner of the Joseon era, trying to find a the best suitor for Princess Songhwa.

Lee plays the diviner in the film. He said he consulted a fortuneteller for the first time while filming for the movie.

“Doesn’t it become self-praising if I say something I heard from my fortuneteller?” he said when asked to share the result, but soon revealed that he was told that he has a very good fortune that is “seen once in 50 years.”
