Actor Ryu Jun-yeol shared his thoughts on filming the upcoming movie “Little Forest” for a year in a live broadcast held to promote the film via Naver’s V app Thursday.

The movie was filmed in every season to feature the forest in four different seasons.

“We repeated saying goodbye and meeting again,” Ryu said during the broadcast.

He said how the staff and actors said goodbye was “interesting.” “(When we said goodbye,) we said like, ‘See you in summer,’ ‘See you in fall,’” he said.

The film, based on comics of the same title by Japanese manga artist Daisuke Igarashi, tells the story of three young people who leave the city to move back to their small hometown.

“Little Forest” is set to be released on Feb. 28.
