Yuri of Girl’s Generation will showcase her acting in the upcoming season of KBS’ “The Sound of Your Heart.”

According to the production staff Tuesday, the second season of the sitcom is “one to anticipate with actors Sung Hoon, Kwon Yuri, Shim Hye-jin, Tae Hang-ho, and musical actor Joo Jin-mo being cast for the series.”

Joo Jin-mo and Shim Hye-jin will take on the role of Sung Hoon‘s character Jo-seok’s parents. Tae, on the other hand, was cast as Jo-seok’s brother.

The drama series is originally based on the webcomic series, “The Sound of Your Heart,” which gained huge popularity upon being aired via KBS 2TV since November 2016.

With the change of characters from the first season, the staff vowed to make a strong comeback with a fresh season for fans. They added that “broadcast dates will be unveiled at a later time.”
