Actress Jung Hye-sung said her biggest ambition is to keep on maturing as an actress, until literally the day of her death.

“I wish to keep acting until I become a grandma, until right before I die,” she said in an interview conducted along with a photo shoot with the magazine High Cut.

As she grows older, she said she wants to master the roles that fit her age.

“I can’t play the role of a mother right now, but as I naturally age, I want to play roles that best fit each stage of my life,” she said.

Jung, 26, made a name for herself through supporting roles in TV series such as “Love in the Moonlight” and “Good Manager.”

She landed her first leading role in “Oh, the Mysterious,” an SBS drama series that has been airing since November.
