CL revealed why she had to lose weight when she was a member of girl group 2NE1 in the latest episode of tvN’s variety show “Livin’ the Double Life” aired on Thursday.

In the episode, CL invited her ex-bandmate Sandara Park to her Christmas party.

Park appeared wearing a brown colored fur coat which CL recommended to her. As Park was wearing purple-colored clothes, CL suggested to change their coats as CL’s coat matched the color better.

However, CL soon realized that Park’s coat was a bit too tight for her while her coat looked a bit too loose for Park.

“You know we all had to lose weight because of you (when we worked together as 2NE1)!” CL complained.

“How can I stand next to a girl who is only 39kg heavy? I must have looked burly!”
