JR, frontman of boy band NU’EST W, reflected on his music career, as well as his looks, in a V broadcast titled “Me and Me” on Monday.

JR, better known as a rapper, looked back at his first attempt at singing in the band’s latest album. “I was initially worried but fortunately received approval from many listeners. I want to venture further into this area,” he said.

He also talked about how he has been busy preparing for concerts and award events overseas.

“We got invited to an award event for the first time in six years, and won a prize as well! I am so happy these days,” he said.

JR also evaluated his own appearance. Asked when he thinks he is the most good-looking, JR answered that he looks the most handsome when smiling. He picked his chin and a spot on his eye, as the two favorite parts of his face.

He wrapped up the broadcast by taking selfies with a big smile.
