Actress Song Hye-gyo on Friday posted a messages of gratitude to guests and fans who sent their blessings on her wedding to Song Joong-ki.

“I sincerely thank you all for giving us your blessing with understanding, attention and love,” she wrote on her Instagram page, along with a wedding photo.

The Song couple tied the knot at Shilla Hotel in Seoul on Tuesday, in one of the most high-profile weddings in Korea this year. The couple left for Europe on their honeymoon on Friday.

It was reported that the newly-wed would start their life together in Itaewon-dong, Seoul upon their return.

The couple met while co-starring on the 2016 hit drama “Descendants of the Sun.”
