Having studied Korean traditional music in university, actress Lee Ha-nui said she hopes to promote the beauty of Korean music.

“Korean classical music is like my roots. With the hope of keeping my roots, I wish more people around the globe could recognize the beauty of Korean traditional music as well,” she said during an interview after a photo shoot for a local fashion magazine.

“I heal myself with music,” she added.

The November issue of the magazine featured Lee posing in New York City in trendy fall fashion. In one photo, she sports an oversized checked coat with the Brooklyn Bridge behind her. In another photo, Lee pairs a white long sleeve shirt with a long grey skirt pulled up to her chest, sporting a chic image with a pair of black ankle boots.

Lee is set to feature in upcoming films “The Brothers” and “Silence,” both slated for release in November.
