GOT7 on Saturday released a behind-the-scenes clip of the group’s “Music Bank” pre-recording.

The group visited the KBS broadcasting station to shoot for the TV entertainment show in advance on Friday.

GOT7 is promoting the album titled “7 for 7,” which was released on Oct. 10. “Music Bank” is the first TV show to feature the group’s performance of the new songs.

Once the recording was over, GOT7 singers cooled down with portable electric fans.

As the GOT7 singers changed out of the stage costumes to prepare for a radio show’s recording, Youngjae began to talk about how the group had started the day early at 5 a.m.

“I’m beginning to realize the importance of staying fit,” Youngjae said.

“Also, it’s very important to eat (properly),” he continued. “You have the energy to work only after you’re well fed. Everyone, please have a hearty lunch,” Youngjae told the viewers.
