Teenage boy band NCT Dream broadcasted their day out in Itaewon, Seoul, via Naver’s V app Monday. Jisung and Renjun went to a record shop, while Jeno and Chenle headed to a toy shop.
Vinyls at the record shop caught Jisung and Renjun’s attention, who said they had never listened to music on vinyl before.

Renjun picked up a record with colorful shapes on the cover, saying “I wonder what kind of music would be contained in this one.” He then played a record by Andy Lau on a turntable. “These days, you simply press a button and listen to music very casually. But playing a record this way, I feel like more respect goes into the music,” he said.

Jisung played Michael Jackson‘s “Ben” on the turntable, and listened to it in awe. “I feel like I discovered something like a beautiful lake for the first time,” Renjun said while listening to the vinyl records.

Meanwhile at a toy shop, Jeno and Chenle were mesmerized by vintage toys. Jeno showed interest in horror-themed toys. Picking up a haunted doll, he said these kinds of scary looking dolls used to keep him awake at night.

Jeno poked fun at Chenle with creepy looking toys, and undaunted Chenle blithely played with them. Before leaving the shop, Chenle bought a phone case and Jeno bought an Andy Warhol Campbell‘s soup can themed toy.
