GOT7’s Jinyoung turned 23 on Friday, sharing a video on V to celebrate the occasion.

“My fans have given me great gifts for my birthday. You’ve made an online site where you uploaded various things. You’ve donated globally for good causes,” Jinyoung said.

He also tweeted to thank his fans for helping him to surpass 6 million followers on Twitter.

Jinyoung lit the candles on a sweet potato cake and sang himself a birthday song. “Pity me for doing this myself,” he said.

“Why am I alone on my birthday? Because I have no friends,” Jinyoung said lightheartedly. “I’m receiving birthday messages from the other GOT7 singers via text.”

Jinyoung is currently starring in the web drama “Magic School” as one of the four male leads, alongside 2PM’s Nichkhun, Yoon Park and Kang Yoon-jae.
